By placing an order through our website or direct communication, you agree to the following conditions:

• All orders are subject to product availability and factory production capacity.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law.
• Product prices and shipping costs may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
• Payment terms will be confirmed before an order is processed.
• Available payment methods (Bank Transfer, PayPal, Payoneer) will be communicated during the ordering process.

Custom Orders: Custom manufacturing orders require a minimum 50% advance deposit before production begins. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to shipment after pre-shipment photos/videos are approved.

Production and delivery times depend on order quantity, customization complexity, and shipping destination.

• Estimated production times (typically 2–4 weeks) will be communicated during the ordering process.
• Expedited production may be available by arrangement for an additional fee.
• Shipping time (typically 3–7 days via DHL/FedEx) is additional to production time.
• International shipments may experience customs delays which are beyond our control.
• Carrier delays and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery dates.

We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe where possible. Estimated dates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing.

Returns and refunds are handled according to the terms agreed for the order and applicable law.

• Customized Products: Because our products are made to customer specifications, they are not eligible for return or refund, except where products are defective or materially incorrect compared to the approved Digital BAT (mockup).
• Please report defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
• If an item is defective or incorrect due to our manufacturing error, we will replace or remake it at our own expense.

Contact BWA Sports before returning an item so that the appropriate return instructions can be provided.

When ordering customized sportswear, please note:

• Customers are fully responsible for checking names, numbers, sizes, logos, and colors submitted for production.
• We may decline customization requests that are unlawful or infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Minor color variations may occur between digital previews and finished sublimated products.
• Customers should supply suitable, high-resolution artwork (preferably vector .AI or .EPS files) for the best printing results.

Where a digital proof (BAT) is provided, customers must review and approve it before production begins. Production will not start until written approval is received.

Website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by intellectual property laws.

• Website content may not be copied or reused without appropriate permission.
• Customers must have legal permission to use any logos, trademarks, and artwork submitted for customization.
• BWA Sports is not liable for trademark or copyright infringement committed by clients submitting designs.

If you believe material on our website infringes your rights, please contact us with the relevant details.

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost matches, lost revenue) where liability may lawfully be excluded.
• Any applicable limit on our liability will be subject to mandatory legal requirements.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
